Following a special meeting attended by the Financial Regulator in Mitchelstown on Tuesday evening, two senior directors were asked to step down from their positions ‘in the best interest of Mitchelstown Credit Union’.
CANON SHEEHAN CENTENARY CELEBRATION WALK
A centenary celebration walk from Doneraile to Glenanaar to honour the memory of Canon Sheehan will be held on this Sunday, October 5. The walk is being organized annually for the next five years, culminating in a centenary celebration in 2013.
