Bartlemy farmer John Arnold staged a 24 hour fast in Fermoy last Friday to raise funds for the Self Help Development Africa Appeal. He is pictured here with his good friends, Tom and Nellie Barry from Rathcormac. John wishes to thank everyone who collected on his behalf and especially the public who gave so generously.
